AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 8501 NEW BENTON HIGHWAY
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3708 - Described as part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section
35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the NE corner of said SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of
said Section 35; thence W along the N line of said SE
1/4 SW 1/4 21 feet to a point; thence S to a point on
the previous southerly riqht -of -way line of U.S.
Interstate #30; thence S 650 00' W along said previous
right -of -way line 800 feet; thence S 25° 00' E 50 feet
to a point on the now existing southerly right -of -way
of said U.S. Interstate #30, said point also being the
point of beginning; thence S 65° 00' W along said
right -of -way line 201.8 feet (deed 200 feet) to a
point; thence S 25° 00' F 250 feet to a point; thence N
65° 00' E 200 feet to a point; thence N 250 00' W 251.5
feet (deed 250 feet) to the point of beginning from
"R -2" Single Family District to "C -3" General
Commercial District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
