AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN
IN THE MABELVALE AREA OF SOUTHWEST LITTLE ROCK, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the staff of the Office of Comprehensive Planning has done
a staff analysis for the Mabelvale area, and
WHEREAS, the staff and the Planning Commission recommend changes in
the Suburban Plan, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors have reviewed the proposed changes
to the Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors hereby amends that area of the
Suburban Plan south of Sibley Hole Road and west of Mabelvale Pike from "LI ",
Light Industry to "SF ", Single Family.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors hereby amends a portion of that
area of the Suburban Plan east of Mabelvale Pike from "HI" Heavy Industry to
"LI ", Light Industry.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
