AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF 9TH
AND HIGH STREETS IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
followinq property he and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3707 - Described as Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 and the E
two - thirds of Lots 7 and 8 all in Block 1, Fitzgerald's
Addition to the City of Little Rock from "I -2" Light
Industrial District to "C -3" General Commercial
District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
