AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
4910 WEST 20TH STREET (Z- 3724),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the Citv of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
W 75 feet of the E 160 feet of the N 100 feet of Lot 2,
Block 2, Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas. Property is to be used for
church and related activities and is zoned "R -3."
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock ordinances,
codes, and the approved site plan as revised by the
Planninq Commisson showing that the west screening
fence be deleted.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
