AN ORT)DWICE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF AN
INDEPMIDENT TAXICAP OPERATOR_ PERMIT TO MR,
AVERT_ ISHAM; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSEq.
WIEREAS, the Staff has held a public hearing on the
application of Mr. Avert Ishan for an Independent Taxicab
Operator Permit; and
[,MW-A-S, the Staff has recann ended the issuance of a
permit to Mr. Isham based on infommtion contained in
Mr. Isham's apmlication and on findings made at the -public
hearing on that application.
N(T,-T, TNERERM, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
D.IRECFORS OF THE CITY OF LI' MU—, POCF, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The issuance of an Independent Taxicab
Ooerator Permit to Mr. Avert Isham is herebv authorized.
SFCFION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect frczn and after its -passage and approval,
