AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PRD"
DISTRICT TITLED SKYLINE VISTA IN THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AMENDING SECTION 43 -2 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from the present
"MF -24" Multifamily District to "PRD" Planned Residential
District.
A tract of land described as being all of Lots 7 and 8,
Hocott's Homesites Addition, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in the zoning
classification contemplated by the plan for the Skyline
Vista Planned Unit Development is conditioned upon obtaining
a final plan approval from the Planning Commission within
the time specified by Article 9, Section 9.101 of the Code
of Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Section 43 -2 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
