AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 7 -8,
7 -11, 7- 16(b), 7 -17, 7 -18, 7 -19, 7 -27,
7 -29(a) and 7 -29(b) OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO INCLUDE THE WORD "HOUSEHOLD"
WHEREVER THE PHRASE "PERSON, FIRM OR
CORPORATION" APPEARS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Sections 7 -8, 7 -11, 7- 16(b), 7 -17, 7 -18,
7 -19, 7 -27, 7 -29(a) and 7 -29(b) of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby amended to
include the word "household" every time the phrase "person,
firm or corporation" appears so that the phrase shall read in
each section: "person, firm, corporation or household."
Section 2. This Ordinance shall bein full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
