HomeMy WebLinkAbout14097ORDINANCE NO. 14,097 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated: (a) Z -3717, described as a parcel of land situated in the NW 1/4, NE 1/4 and also in the NE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 9, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of the NW 1/4, NE /1/4 of said Section 9; thence south 2° 31' 27" W along the east line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 9, 1,149.11 feet; thence north 87° 28' 33" W, 1,001.44 feet to the point of beginning; thence north 87° 28' 33" W, 329.89 feet; thence north 2° 31' 27" E, 391.65 feet; thence north 2° 06' 25" E, 615.9 feet to the south line of Interstate Route #30, said point being on a 380 -foot radius curve; thence along said 380 -foot radius curve to the right, having a chord bearing and distance of north 71° 28' 07" E, 163.21 feet; thence continuing along said south line with the following bearings and distances: South 88° 55' 35" E, 147.65 feet; north 1° 04' 25" E, 23 feet to the south right -of -way line of Mabelvale West Road; thence along said south right -of -way lione north 88° 47' 25" E, 30 feet; thence south 2° 06' 25" W, 693.68 feet; thence south 2° 31' 27" W, 400 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial District. (b) Z -3719, described as a tract of land located in the southwest 1/4 of Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County Arkansas, more particularly described as: Starting at the southwest corner of the SW 1/4, said Section 35; thence easterly along the south line of said SW 1/4, 2,028.6 feet to a point; thence north 3° 07' 07" W, 25.04 feet to a point on the north right -of -way line of Baseline Road; thence south 89° 59' E, along said north right -of -way line 86.18 feet to a point; thence north 0° 24' 20 W, along the west line of Triangle Properties Industrial District, 693.3 feet to a point; thence south 63° 46' 07" W, 129.33 feet to a point; thence south 30 07' 07" E, 637.07 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2" Single Family District to "I -2" Light Industrial District. SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
