AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 5612 GEYER SPRINGS ROAD,
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
SECTION 43 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -3732 - described as a part of the SE 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section
24, in the west right -of -way line of Geyer Springs
Road, 30 feet west of the southeast corner of said
Section 24; thence north along the west right -of -way
line of said road 100 feet; thence west parallel to the
south line of said Section 24, 250 feet; thence south
100 feet to the south line of said Section 24; thence
east 250 feet to the point of beginning, from "R -2"
Single Family District to "O -1" Quiet Office District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
