AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING VARIOUS
PROPERTIES IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classifications of the
following properties be and are hereby changed as indicated:
(a) Z -3711, described as Lot 10, Block 18, Kitchens
Replat of Lots 10, 11 and 12, Block 18, Original
City, from "R -5" Urban Residence District to "R -3"
Single Family District.
(b) Z -3713, described as Lot 11, Charles Valley
Subdivision, from "C -4" Open Display District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
(c) Z -3723, described as Lot 12 -A, Charles Valley
Subdivision, from "C -4" Open Display District to
"C -3" General Commercial District.
(d) Z -3731, described as Lot D -2A Replat, Riverdale
Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas, except the south
440 feet thereof, from 110 -3" General Office
District to "MF -18" Multifamily District.
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated District Map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the changes provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
