AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE DESCRIPTION CONTAINED
IN ORDINANCE NO. 14,083 CLOSING AN ALLEY
IN BLOCK 8, RUEBEL & LEYMER'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, Section 1 of Ordinance No. 14,803 contained an
incorrect description of the alley in Block 8, Ruebel and
Leymer's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as desig-
nated on the plat of said Addition now appearing of record in
Plat Book 1, Page 124 in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 14,803 shall
be amended to read as follows:
The City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereby releases,
vacates, and abandons all its rights, together with
the rights of the public generally, in and to the
alley designated as follows: All that portion of
said alley lying between 34th and 35th Streets in
Block 8, Ruebel and Lymer's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Subject, how-
ever, to any public utility or drainage easements
located in said alley.
SECTION 2. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by
the City Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of
Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
