AN ORDINANCE AWARDING A FRANCHISE SUBJECT
TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS TO ATKINS DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY TO ENCROACH UPON THE PUBLIC RIGHT -OF-
WAY AT 5TH AND LOUISIANA STREETS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. A franchise is hereby awarded to Atkins
Development Company to utilize a portion of the right -of -way,
as shown on the attached Exhibit A, at the corner of 5th and
Louisiana Streets in the City of Little Rock.
Section 2. The franchise awarded herein is subject
to the conditions that tree grates be located at least one
foot behind the curb and that traffic control be notified
forty -eight hours in advance of any digging near the curb so
that a communication cable buried in the area can be located
and marked.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
