AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SUBURBAN DEVELOPMENT PLAN
FOR THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FROM "SFA ", SINGLE FAMILY
ATTACHED TO "SO" SUBURBAN OFFICE IN THE I -430 AND
WEST MARKHAM AREA AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, recent developments have changed the land uses along West
Markham, and
WHEREAS, the Staff and Planning Commission have recommended a plan
change in the West Markham area, and
WHEREAS, the City Board of Directors recognizes the desirability of
office uses along west markham.
THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. The area shown on the Suburban Plan as "SFA" South of
West Markham, North of I -630, West of Oak Lane and East of I -430 be hereby
amended to "SO ". (See attached Map)
SECTION 2. This ordinance is in full force and effect from and after
its passage.
