TO MARKHAM INN TO UTILIZE
THE RIGHT -OF -WAY LOCATED
BEHIND MARKHAM INN AT 5120
STREET; AND FOR OTHER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. A franchise to be granted to Markham Inn to
utilize a portion of the alley running east and west from
Van Buren to Harrison for a pedestrianway is hereby authorized,
subject to the conditions that a minimum fourteen foot clearance
be maintained and that the applicant pay the full cost of any
relocation of utilities made necessary by the proposed con-
struction.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
