AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
801 HARRINGTON STREET (Z- 3746),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24, Block 5, Harrington
Industrial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas.
Property is to be used for church and related
activities and is zoned "R -3."
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes and the approved site plan, which
includes opaque fencing on the east and south property
lines.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
