AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
HINSON ROAD AT NAPA VALLEY ROAD
(Z- 3745), SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS
ATTACHED THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
Part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, and a
part of the N half of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 32, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, in the
City of Little Rock and Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: commencing at the
SW corner of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of said Section
32; thence N 329.7 feet to a point that is 29.7 feet N
of the NE corner of Lot 202, Marlowe Manor, Phase 2,
and is the point of beginning of this description;
thence continuing N 956.28 feet to a point on the S
right -of -way line of Hinson Road; thence E along said
right -of -way line 634.0 feet to a point on the W
riqht -of -way line of NAPA Valley Drive; thence S along
the said W right -of -way line 627.18 feet to a point;
thence W 304.23 feet to a point; thence S 329.09 feet
to a point; thence W 329.77 feet to the point of
beginning, containing approximately 12 acres more or
less.
Property is to be used for church and related
activities and is zoned "R -2."
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes and the approved site plan.
SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
