AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO AWARD AN ENGINEERING DESIGN
AND ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION MANAGE-
MENT SERVICES CONTRACT TO GARVER AND
GARVER, INC. FOR THE V. A. STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; APPROPRIATING TWO -
HUNDRED AND SIXTY -SIX THOUSAND DOLLARS
($266,000.00) FROM INTEREST ACCRUED TO
THE 1977 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to award
an engineering design and engineering construction management
services contract to Garver and Garver, Inc., for the V. A. Street
Improvement Project.
Section 2. Two hundred and sixty -six thousand dollars
($266,000.00) is hereby appropriated from interest accrued to the
1977 Capital Improvement Fund to be used for the V. A. Street
Improvement Project.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage and approval.
