3 A RESOLUTION TO SET MARCH 6, 2012, AS THE DATE FOR A
4 PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ISSUANCE OF AN AGGREGATE
5 $100,000,000 PURSUANT TO THE MUNICIPALITIES AND COUNTIES
6 INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BOND LAW FOR WELSPUN
7 TUBULAR, LLC; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, Welspun Tubular, LLC, wishes to have issued industrial development revenue bonds in an
10 aggregate amount not to exceed $100,000,000, that will be used to finance the cost of acquiring, constructing,
11 and equipping an industrial facility for the manufacture of steel pipes, consisting generally of the construction
12 and renovation of buildings and improvements and acquisition and installation of equipment at 8200 Frazier
13 Pike, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72206, and to have a payment in lieu of taxes agreement approved;
14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
15 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
16 Section 1. Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Directors of the
17 City of Little Rock, Arkansas, on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, for all persons wishing
18 to be heard on the questions of (a) the issuance of not to exceed $100,000,000 in aggregate principal amount
19 of industrial development revenue bonds by the City under the authority of the Municipalities and Counties
20 Industrial Development Revenue Bond Law, as amended, and (b) approval of an agreement for payments in
21 lieu of taxes in connection with the issuance of the bonds.
