3 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING
4 DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED OFFICE DISTRICT
5 TITLED STONEBRIAR IMAGING SHORT -FORM PD -O (Z- 8730),
6 LOCATED AT 3924 WEST MARKHAM STREET, LITTLE ROCK,
7 ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
11 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from C -3,
13 General Commercial District, to PD -O:
14 Lots 14 & 15, Block 4 Riffel and Rhoton Ridgeland Addition to the City of Little Rock,
15 Pulaski County, Arkansas.
16 Section 2. That the approval of Stonebriar Imaging Short-Form PD -O (Z- 8730), located at 3924
17 West Markham Street, is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions:
18 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all
19 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff
20 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis
21 in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission
22 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant.
23 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the
24 Little Rock Planning Commission.
25 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Stonebriar Imaging Short-Form
26 PD-0 (Z- 8730), located at 3924 West Markham Street, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan
27 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of
28 Ordinances.
29 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
30 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the xespects
31 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
32 Section 6. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final appro�, kf the

Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
