ORDINANCE N&MM, 980
AN ORDINANCE TO APPROVE A PLANNED ZONING
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISH A PLANNED COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT TITLED SHACKLEFORD COMMERCIAL REVISED
SHORT -FORM POD (Z- 5703 -C), LOCATED AT 10303 COLONEL
GLENN ROAD, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from POD
to Revised POD:
Part of the NE '/4 NW '/4 and part of the NW '/4 NW '/4 of Section 22, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as: beginning at the
SW corner of the NE '/4 NW '/4 of said Section 22; thence N 88 037'57" W along the south
line of the NW '/4 NW '/4, 88.15 feet to a point on the East right -of -way line of
Shackleford Road; thence in a northwesterly direction along the East right -of -way line of
said Shackleford Road the following courses: N 13 035'07" W, 75.25 feet; N 02 °54'41"
W, 94.31 feet; N 05 °33'04" E, 198.99 feet; N 00 051'28" E, 101.37 feet; N 01 020'13" W,
192.96 feet to a point on the South right -of -way line of Colonel Glenn Road; thence in an
easterly direction along the South right -of -way line of said Colonel Glenn Road the
following courses: S 81 055'48" E, 109.93 feet; S 83 °28'01" E, 137.06 feet; S 85 056'39"
E, 159.40 feet; S 88 045'50" E, 91.52 feet; N 86 °23'27" E, 106.34 feet; N 85022'18" E,
112.53 feet and S 85 °32'26" E, 70.96 feet; thence S 01 °19'00" W, 643.78 feet to a point
on the South line of said NE '/4 NW '/4; thence N 88039'16" W along the South line of
said NE '/4 NW '/4 675.62 feet to the point of beginning, containing 11.43 acres, more or
less.
Section 2. That the approval of Shackleford Commercial toi`i` -)off POD (Z- 5703 -C),
located at 10303 Colonel Glenn Road, is subject to compliance - > ie following ad&Nval conditions:

Little Rock Planning Commission.
Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Shackleford Commercial
Revised Short-Form POD (Z- 5703 -C), located at 10303 Colonel Glenn Road, is conditioned upon
obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of
the Code of Ordinances.
Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
Section 6. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the
plan.
Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
