At the northeast corner of Gill and Markham Streets, the Land Use Plan is changed form 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 Service Trades District to Residential Medium Density. Section 2. North and along Edgerstoune Lane, the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential High Density to Residential Low Density. Section 3. Northeast of the Pine Street and Hill Road intersection, the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential High Density to Residential Low Density. Section 4. Either side of Kavanaugh Boulevard between Cedar and Elm Streets, the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential High Density and Residential Low Density to Public Institutional. Section 5. In the area between Pine and Cedar Streets from Plateau Street to 7`h Street, the Land Use Plan is changed from Neighborhood Commercial and Mixed -Use to Public Institutional. Section 6. Either side of `C' Street, west of Pierce Street, the Land Use Plan is changed from Residential High Density to Mixed -Use. Section 7. At the southeast corner of University Avenue and `C' Street, the Land Use Plan is changed from Mixed -Use to Commercial. Section 8. North of Cantrell Road and west of Water Works Road, the Land Use Plan is changed 18 from Industrial to Park/Open Space. 19 Section 19. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 20 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 21 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 22 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 23 ordinance. 24 Section 20. Repealer.
