That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z -8725 — Described as the north 132 feet of the south 264 feet of the northeast quarter of the 13 northeast quarter of Section 32, Township 1, North Range 12 West: From R -2, Single - 14 Family District, to I -2, Light Industrial District. (7603 Jamison Road) 15 LESS AND EXCEPT 16 That portion of the property located within the floodway shall be zoned OS, Open Display 17 District. 18 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 19 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 20 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 21 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of its 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 passage and approval. Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistenc .
