That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z -8707 — Described as Lot "D ", Beller's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, 13 Arkansas: From 0-3, General Office District, and R -3, Single - Family District, to R -4, 14 Two - Family District. (1110 South Woodrow Street) 15 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 16 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 17 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 18 Section 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of its 19 passage and approval. 20 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 21 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 22 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 23 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 24 ordinance. 25 Section 5. Repealer.
