That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from AF, 13 Agriculture and Forestry, to PD -O: 14 A part of the SE' /4 NEIA, Section 31, T -2 -N, R -14 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more 15 particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said SE' /4 NE' /4; 16 thence S89 °49' W, along the south line of said SE' /4 NE' /4, 184.2 feet to the centerline of 17 Burlingame Road; thence along said centerline the following bearings and distances: 18 N25 °03' W, 70.8 feet; N19'3 F W, 72.8 feet; N15046' W, 70.9 feet; N14'29' W, 63.2 feet 19 to the point of beginning; thence S55 008' W, 260.0 feet; thence N31'41' W, 80.2 feet; 20 thence N13 °30' W, 150 feet; thence N76 030' E, 265.2 feet to the centerline of 21 Burlingame Road; thence S14021'10" E, 131.4825 feet to the point of beginning. 22 Section 2. That the approval of John Cooley Short-Form PD -O (Z- 8716), located at 24201 23 Burlingame Road, is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: 24 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all 25 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff 26 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis 27 in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission 28 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. 29 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 30 Little Rock Planning Commission. 31 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 5 plan. 6 Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 7 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 8 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 9 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 10 ordinance. 11 Section 8. Repealer.
