That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from POD to Revised POD: The west forty-five (45) feet of Lots 11 and 12, Block 31, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, and the North '/z of Lot 8, all of Lots 9, 10 and 11 and the east ninety -five (95) feet of Lot 12, Block 31, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Section 2. That the approval of Arkansas Baptist College Short-Form POD (Z- 8130 -B), located at 1811 West 16th Street, is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as submitted, including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Arkansas Baptist College Short-Form POD (Z- 8130 -B), located at 1811 West 16th Street, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of,l�ittle Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in; necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. ` C [PAGE I OF 2] ?N 1 10 I Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 2 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 5 ordinance. 6 Section 8. Repealer.
