That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PDC 13 to Revised PCD: 14 Lot 9A Northwest Territory Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. 15 Section 2. That the approval of Coulson Oil Revised Long -Form PCD (Z- 6476 -D), located 16 at 19500 Cantrell Road, is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: 17 • That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all 18 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff 19 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis 20 in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission 21 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. 22 • There is to be no storage of vehicles in disrepair outside the building at any time. 23 • There is to be no working on vehicles outside the building at any time. 24 • There is to be no storage of waste materials or vehicle parts outside the building. 25 • The dumpster is to be screened to comply with ordinance requirements. 26 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 27 Little Rock Planning Commission. 28 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Coulson Oil Revised Long - 29 Form PCD (Z- 6476 -D), located at 19500 Cantrell Road, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan 30 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the,,Code of 31 Ordinances. ,''.��� �o ®CU�l [PAGE 1 OF 2] Cort;1�,P``�� 1 PA 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 35 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. Section 6. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. Section 7. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
