RESOLUTION NO. 13,411
A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE CENTRAL
ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEM BOARD OF DIRECTORS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The following named person is hereby appointed to the Central Arkansas Library System
Board of Directors:
Susan Fleming, appointed to serve her first three (3) -year term, said term to expire on December
31, 2014.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
