RESOLUTION NO. 13,357
A RESOLUTION TO SET SEPTEMBER 20, 2011, AS THE DATE OF
HEARING FOR THE PROJECTED USES OF 2012 CDBG, HOME AND
HOPWA FUNDING; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock is required to conduct a public hearing for the projected uses of
2012 CDBG, HOME and HOWPA funding, which the City expects to receive from the U.S. Department
of Housing and Urban Development;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing regarding the projected uses of 2012 CDBG, HOME and HOPWA funding
shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City
Hall at 6:00 p.m. on the 20`h day of September, 2011.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
