RESOLUTION NO. 13,554
A RESOLUTION TO SET SEPTEMBER 6, 2011, AS THE DATE OF
HEARING ON THE PETITION TO RESCIND THE DENIAL OF A
REZONING FROM R -2 TO TEAM CLEAN CARWASH SHORT-
FORM PCD, LOCATED AT 14919 CANTRELL ROAD (Z8662),
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the rescission of the Planning
Commission's action in denying a request for rezoning from R -2 to PCD, at 14919 Cantrell Road, Little
Rock, Arkansas, to allow for the development of this site with a carwash, pursuant to its general police
power authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104, in the City of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the resolution to rescind the denial of a request for rezoning from R -2 to
PCD shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of
City Hall at six o'clock on the 6`h day of September, 2011.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
