RESOLUTION NO. 13,341
3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS TO THE ARKANSAS
4 ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of Arkansas Arts
9 Center Board of Trustees:
10 Jay Cranford, appointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30, 2015.
11 Lisa Baxter, reappointed to serve her second four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
12 2015.
13 Bob Birch, reappointed to serve his second four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
14 2015.
15 Terri Snowden, appointed to serve her first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
16 2015.
17 Dr. A. Henry Thomas, reappointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June
18 30, 2015.
19 Sara Hendricks Batcheller, appointed to serve her first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on
20 June 30, 2015.
21 Howard Hurst, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Elgin Clemons, said term expiring on June
22 30, 2012.
23 Kaki Hockersmith, appointed to serve her first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30,
24 2015.
25 Michael Maulden, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Jack Grundfest, said term expiring on
26 June 30, 2012.
27 Marie Bernard Miller, appointed to serve her first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June
28 30, 2015.
29 Van Tilbury, reappointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term expiring on June 30, 2015.
30 Section 2. Pursuant to the requirements of Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -47 -137 (a) (West Supp. 2010), the
31 Board of Directors authorizes the contract, and the extent of the authority to contract, as follows:
32 MAULDEN, MICHAEL Entergy Corporation Electric Franchise with City APPROVED
33 Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
