RESOLUTION NO. 13,336
A RESOLUTION TO SET JULY 19, 2011, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON A TEN (10) -FOOT WIDE PRIVATE
DRAINAGE EASEMENT LOCATED ALONG THE REAR OF LOTS 1
AND 2R, HUNTER'S GREEN ESTATES, IN THE CITY OF LITTLE,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon a ten (10) -foot wide private drainage easement located along the rear of Lots 1 and
2R, Hunter's Green Estates, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, pursuant to its general police power
authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned easement shall be held at a
meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock
on the 19`h day of July, 2011.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
