RESOLUTION NO. 13,313
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK RESOLUTION NO. 13,296
(APRIL 19, 2011) TO RECOGNIZE THE OPTION TO RENEW THE
CONTRACT WITH RIVER CITY HYDRAULICS COMPANY FOR A
PERIOD OF UP TO TWO (2) ADDITIONAL YEARS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on April 19, 2011, Little Rock Resolution No. 13,296 was adopted to authorize the City
Manager to enter into a contract with River City Hydraulics to provide originally manufactured Heil
replacement parts in a total amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150,000.00); and
WHEREAS, the contract provides for the option to renew for a period of two (2) additional years;
and;
WHEREAS, the authority provided to the City Manager to enter into the contract should reflect the
renewal option.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 13,296 is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract with River City
Hydraulics Company for the purchase of originally- manufactured Heil replacement parts, in the
total amount of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150,000.00), with an option to renew the contract
for an additional two (2) years.
Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
resolution.
Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
