RESOLUTION NO. 13,312
A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO THE LITTLE ROCK
ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION COMMISSION; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The following named individuals are hereby appointed as members of the Little Rock
Advertising and Promotion Commission:
Tim Morton, appointed to serve his second four (4) -year At -Large Term, said term expiring on
May 1, 2015.
Warren Simpson, appointed to serve his second four (4) -year Industry Position Term, said term
expiring on May 1, 2015.
Section 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
