RESOLUTION NO. 13,306
A RESOLUTION TO SET MAY 17, 2011, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO ABANDON THE NORTH 115 FEET OF THE
TWENTY (20) -FOOT WIDE ALLEY RIGHT -OF -WAY (BLOCK
BOUNDED BY EAST 3RD, EAST 4TH, ROCK AND CUMBERLAND
STREETS) LOCATED IN BLOCK 38, ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
vacate and abandon the north 115 feet of the twenty (20) -foot wide alley right -of -way (block bounded by
East 3`d, East 4`h, Rock and Cumberland Streets) located within Block 38, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above - mentioned right -of -way shall be held
at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six
o'clock on the 17`h day of May, 2011.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
