RESOLUTION NO. 13,295
A RESOLUTION TO SET MAY 3, 2011, AS THE DATE OF HEARING
ON THE PETITION TO RESCIND THE DENIAL OF AN
AMENDMENT TO THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PCD (Z- 6698 -C)
TO REVISE THE PREVIOUSLY APPROVED USE MIX AND ADD
ADDITIONAL RETAIL AND A SPECIAL EVENTS CENTER AS
ALLOWABLE USES FOR THE SITE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk for the rescission of the Planning
Commission's action in denying a request, pursuant to its general police power authority under Ark. Code
Ann. § 14 -54 -104, in the City of Little Rock.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. The hearing on the resolution to rescind the denial of a request for an amendment to a
previously approved PCD (Z- 6698 -C) shall be held at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of
Little Rock in the Board Room of City Hall at six o'clock on the 3rd day of May, 2011.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed
by law by publication once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski
County, Arkansas, and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock.
