3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENT TO THE MUSEUM OF
4 DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
7 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
8 Section 1. The following named individual is hereby appointed as a member of the Museum of
9 Discovery Board of Trustees:
10 Chad Franks, appointed to serve his first three (3) -year term, said term expiring on December 31,
11 2013.
12 Ellen Gray, reappointed to serve her second three (3) -year term, said term expiring on December
13 31, 2013.
14 Todd Newton, reappointed to serve his second three (3) -year term, said term expiring on
15 December 31, 2013.
16 Edmund Hurst, reappointed to serve his second three (3) -year term, said term expiring on
17 December 31, 2013.
18 Jennifer Peper, reappointed to serve her first three (3) -year term, said term expiring on December
19 31, 2013.
20 Section 2. Because Ellen Gray works for Stephens, Inc., and the City employee's deferred
21 compensation fund is administered by Stephens, Inc., Ms. Gray is permitted to work with that fund to the
22 extent that her duties require; further, to the extent that from time to time the City bids for bond services,
23 and Stephens, Inc., has successfully bid to perform such services, Ms. Gray is permitted to work with
24 Stephens, Inc., to the extent that her duties require on bond issues.
25 Section 3. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
