RESOLUTION NO. 13,276
A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK., RESOLUTION NO.
13,247 (DECEMBER 7, 2010) TO CHANGE THE TERM OF THE
CONTRACT WITH COMMERCIAL AIR, INC.; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, on December 7, 2010, Little Rock Resolution No. 13,247 was adopted to authorize the
City Manager to enter into a contract with Commercial Air, Inc., to provide HVAC control repairs on an
hourly basis as needed; and
WHEREAS, the term of the contract should be for one (I) -year only, with no provision for additional
extension periods;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Sections land 2 of Resolution No. 13,247 are hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby authorizes the City Manager to enter into
a contract with Commercial Air, Inc., to provide HVAC control repairs on an hourly
basis as needed, at the rate of $75.00 per hour labor and parts at manufacturer's published
list price multiplied by .375 %.
Section 2. This contract is for a term of one (1) calendar year from the date of
execution, provided the City has sufficient funds to pay for any required services."
Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
resolution.
Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
