3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
4 VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 ANIMAL SERVICES ADVISORY BOARD:
12 Joseph Ghormley, reappointed to serve his second three (3) -year term, said term to expire on
13 November 28, 2013.
14 CENTRAL ARKANSAS LIBRARY SYSTEMS BOARD OF TRUSTEES:
15 Anna Riggs, appointed to serve her first three (3) -year term, said term to expire on December 31,
16 2013.
17 Marian G. Lacey, appointed to serve her first three (3) -year term, said term to expire on
18 December 31, 2013.
19 CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER COMMISSION:
20 Marie - Bernarde Miller, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Adrienne Bradley, said term to
21 expire on June 30, 2015.
22 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
23 Jennie Cole, reappointed to serve her second three (3) -year term, said term to expire on October
24 19, 2013.
25 Kay Tatum, reappointed to serve her second three (3) -year term, said term to expire on October
26 19, 2013.
27 Julleah Wise, appointed to serve her first three (3) -year term, said term to expire on October 19,
28 2013.
29 COMMISSION ON CHILDREN YOUTH AND FAMILIES:
30 Angela McFadden, reinstated to fulfill her first three (3) -year term, said term to expire on May
31 31, 2012.
32 Paul Kelly, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Patricia Wilkerson, said term to expire on May
33 31, 2012.

HOUSING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS:
Kenyon Lowe, Sr., appointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term to expire on August
1, 2015.
Kyle Mayton, appointed to serve his first four (4) -year term, said term to expire on August 1,
2015.
LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT COMMISSION:
Robert East, reappointed to serve his second five (5) -year term, said term to expire on December
31, 2015.
Thomas Schueck, reappointed to serve his second five (5) -year term, said term to expire on
December 31, 2015.
Wesley Clark, appointed to serve his first five (5) -year term, said term to expire on December
31, 2015.

Amy Pierce, appointed to serve her first three (3) -year term, said term to expire on November 1,

Robert Coon, appointed to serve his first five (5) -year term, said term to expire on January 5,
2016.
Soon Ho Lee, appointed to fill the unexpired term of Johnnie Pugh, said term to expire on

LITTLE ROCK ZOO BOARD OF GOVERNORS:
