RESOLUTION NO. 13,165
A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
THE ARKANSAS ARTS CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
Arkansas Arts-Center Board of Trustees:
John Fletcher, appointed to a full three (3) -year term (first), said term to expire on June
30, 2014.
Janet Alley, reappointed to a second three (3) -year term, said term to expire on June 30,
2014.
Barbara Hoover, reappointed to a second three (3) -year term, said term to expire on
June 30, 2014.
Steve Bova, appointed to fill an unexpired term, replacing Phillip J tt, said term to expire
on June 30, 2012.
Merritt Dyke, appointed to a full three (3) -year term, said term o expire on June 30,
2014.
Section 2: This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
