3 A RESOLUTION TO MAKE APPOINTMENTS AND REAPPOINTMENTS TO
4 VARIOUS CITY OF LITTLE ROCK BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS; AND FOR
5 OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1: The following named persons are hereby appointed, or reappointed as a member of the
10 respective Board or Commission:
11 ARTS & CULTURE COMMISSION:
12 Jennifer Cox, appointed to her fi st term, to expire on April 2, 2013.
13 Andrew Irvin, reappointed to his second term, to expire on April 2, 2013.
14 Ken Milton, reappointed to his second term, to expire on April 2, 2013.
15 Terry Rasco, reappointed to his second term, to expire on April 2, 2013.
16 Reese Rowland, reappointed to his second term, to expire on April 2, 2013.
17 BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT:
18 Rajesh Meehta, appointed to his first term, to expire on February 19, 2013.
19 Brad Wingfield, appointed to his first term, to expire on February 19, 2013.
20 CITY BEAUTIFUL COMMISSION:
21 Carrie Young, appointed to serve an unexpired term, replacing Lee Ann Overall, said term
22 expiring October 19, 2011.
23 COMMUNITY HOUSING ADVISORY BOARD:
24 William Laster (CDC Representative), appointed to his first term, to expire on June 2, 2013.
25 Barrett Allen (Non -Profit Corporation Representative), appointed to fill an unexpired term,
26 replacing Darek Harris, said term expiring June 2, 2010.
27 Rebecca Stewart (Neighborhood Association Representative), appointed to fill an unexpired
28 term, replacing Robert Webb, said term expiring June 2, 2011.
29 HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION:
30 Chris Vanlandingham (Resident Property Owner), appointed to unexpired term, replacing
31 Robert Wood, Jr., said term expiring on June 15, 2011.
32 LIITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY:
33 Dexter Doyne, appointed to unexpired term, replacing Jesse Mason., said term expiring on July
