A RESOLUTION TO RATIFY APPOINTMENTS, REAPPOINTMENTS TO THE
MUSEUM OF DISCOVERY BOARD OF TRUSTEES; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named persons are hereby appointed or reappointed to:
The Museum of Discovery Board of Trustees:
Jennifer Schueck, appointed to serve her first term beginning January 1, 2009 and
expiring January 1, 2012
Deborah French, appointed to serve her first term beginning January 1, 2009 and
expiring January 1, 2012
Don Crabbe, appointed to his first term beginning January 1, 2009 and expiring January
1, 2012.
Betty Meyer was reappointed to serve her third term beginning December 31, 2008 and
expiring on December 31, 2011,
Roy Snook was reappointed to serve his second term beginning December 31, 2008 and
expiring on December 31, 2011.
Eddie Martin was reappointed to serve his second term beginning December 31, 2008
and expiring on December 31, 2011.
Eric McDuffie was appointed to his first full term (previously serving an unexpired
term) beginning December 31, 2008 and expiring on December 31, 2011.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
