That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z- 3371 -FF — Described as part of Lot 1, Interstate 430 Shoppers Mall Addition, Little 13 Rock, Pulaski County, Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as: 14 Part of the NE' /4 NW' /4 Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more 15 particularly described as: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the NE '/4 NW '/4 said 16 Section 21, said corner lying on the East right -of -way line of Bowman Road; thence 17 S88 °18'30" East along the North line of said NE' /4 NW '/4, 608.17 feet to a point; thence 18 S01 °30'33" West, 873.42 feet to a point on North right -of -way line of Colonel Glenn 19 Road; thence Southwesterly along said North right -of -way line the following bearings 20 and distances: S67 °25'49" West, 127.57 feet; S65 °24'47" West, 170.39 feet and 21 S65 °50'34" West, 108.83 feet to the point of beginning, thence S65 °50'34" West, 158.09 22 ft.; thence an arc of forty (40) -foot radius curve to right, having a chord bearing and 23 distance of N55 °53'03" West, 68.05 feet; thence NO2 °23'20" East, 340.78 feet; thence 24 S88 °23'49" East, 199.32 feet; thence S02 °23'20" West, 308.64 feet to the Point of 25 Beginning, containing 1.612 acres, more or less: From C -2, Shopping Center District, to 26 C -3, General Commercial District. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
