That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as 11 indicated: 12 Z -8656 — Described as land lying in the SE' /4 of the SE' /4 of Section 2, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, 13 Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows: 14 15 Commencing at the SE corner of said SE '/4 SE 1/4 of Section 2; thence along the East line 16 of said Section 2 NO2 °41'41" East 50.00 feet; thence leaving said East line 17 N87 °18'29 "West 30.00 feet; thence NO2 041'41" East 20.01 feet to a point on the West 18 right -of -way of Chicot Road; thence along said right -of -way NO2 °38'29" East 114.23 19 feet the point of beginning; thence leaving said right -of -way N87 °47'54" West 144.77 20 feet; thence N01 °50'48" East 150.23 feet; thence S88 °28'02" East 147.78 feet to a point 21 on the West right -of -way of Chicot Road; thence S02 °59'01" West 151.96 feet to the 22 point of beginning and containing 0.502 acres, more or less: From "R -2" Single - Family 23 District to "C -3" General Commercial District (10412 Chicot Road). 24 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 25 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to 26 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 27 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of 28 its passage and approval. 29 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 30 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 33 ordinance.
