That Ordinance No. 18,298 adopted by the Little Rock Board of Directors on June 20, 2000, be amended to provide for modification of the Planned Zoning Development described as Pleasant Tree Addition Revised Short-Form PD -R (Z- 6848 -A), located at the east end of Pickering Drive. Section 2. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PD -R to Revised PD -R: Tract A Pleasantree 4th Addition, City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas. Section 3. That the approval of Pleasant Tree Addition Revised Short-Form PD -R (Z-6848- A), located at the east end of Pickering Drive, is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. Section 4. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. [PAGE 1 OF 2] I Section 5. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Pleasant Tree Addition 2 Revised Short-Form PD -R (Z- 6848 -A), located at the east end of Pickering Drive, is conditioned 3 upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, 4 Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. 5 Section 6. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of 6 Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in 7 the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 8 Section 7. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final 9 approval of the plan. 10 Section 8. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, 11 phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such 12 declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall 13 remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or 14 unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. 15 Section 9. Repealer.
