NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z-8598 — Described as a parcel of land being in part of the South %, North NE 1/4 and SW 1 /4, NE 1/4 Section 24, T -1 -N, R 14-W and the West %, NE 1 /a, Section 19, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, all being in Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of the South 1 /z, North %, NE 1/4, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -14 -W; thence along the South line of said South %, North %, NE 1 /4, Section 24, N87 °1'41" West 1,639.85 feet; thence leaving said South line and through the SW 1 /4, NE 1/4, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -14 -W, S02 058'41" West 354.50 feet; thence N86 156'58" West 758.86 feet; thence NO2 107'33" East 864.51 feet, entering the South %, North %, NE 1/4, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -14 -W at 353.49 feet; thence through the South 1/2, North 1 /i, NE 1 /4, Section 24, T -1 -N, R -14-W S87 000'20" East 2,403.27 feet to the East line of said South %, North 1/, NE 1/4, Section 24; thence with said line S01 156'05" West 510.09 feet to the Point of Beginning containing 34.37 acres, more or less: From R-2, Single - Family District, to M, Mining District, (North of 16220 Lawson Road). In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
