3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE LAND USE PLAN (16,222) IN THE 4 INTERSTATE 630 AND BOYLE PARK DISTRICTS (LU10- 09 -02) FROM 5 RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY, PARK OPEN SPACE, SUBURBAN OFFICE, 6 PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL, COMMERCIAL, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL, AND 7 INDUSTRIAL TO RESIDENTIAL LOW DENSITY, PUBLIC INSTITUTIONAL, 8 SUBURBAN OFFICE, MIXED USE AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL; AND FOR 9 OTHER PURPOSES. 10 11 WHEREAS, the University District Partnership Revitalization Plan recommends, and 12 WHEREAS, as the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan. 13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 14 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 15 Section 1. That Public Institutional between 12th Street and Northmoor Drive, east of Cleveland 16 Street, is amended to Suburban Office. 17 Section 2. That Suburban Office south of Northmoor Drive either side of Charlotte Drive is amended 18 to Residential Low Density. 19 Section 3. That Park Open Space east of University Avenue from Look Street to 16th Street is 20 amended to Commercial. 21 Section 4. That Public Institutional between 29th Street and 30th Street, Harrison Street and Tyler 22 Street is amended to Residential Low Density. 23 Section 5. That Residential Low Density south of 22nd Street between Monica Drive and Irving Drive 24 is amended to Public Institutional. 25 Section 6. That Commercial either side of Colonel Glenn Road from 36th Street to University Avenue 26 is amended to Mixed Use. 27 Section 7. That Commercial from University Avenue to Coleman Creek north of Asher Avenue and 28 Light Industrial west of Fair Park Boulevard near Lucie Avenue is amended to Public Institutional, 29 Section 8. That Industrial south of Asher Avenue either side of Mabelvale Pike is amended to Light 30 Industrial. 31 Section 9.
