Code Ann. § 14 -54 -104; and 11 WHEREAS, the Board has determined that the abandoning of this public right- of-way will not have 12 an adverse impact on the adjacent property owners and, therefore, the easement abandoned by this 13 ordinance is no longer needed for corporate purposes; 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 15 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: 16 Section 1. The Board of Directors hereby releases, vacates, and abandons the East five (5) feet of a 17 fifteen (15) -foot utility easement located at the rear of Lot l OR, Adkins Estates, in the City of Little Rock, 18 said easement being described as follows: 19 The East five (5) feet of an existing fifteen (15) -foot easement located in the West 20 boundary of Lot IOR, Adkins Estates Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; 21 beginning at the North property line of said Lot l OR, extending South to a point 7.5 feet 22 North of the South property line of said Lot l OR. 23 Section 3. A copy of this ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in the real estate 24 records of the recorder of the Circuit Clerk in ex- officio recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas. 25 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 26 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part 29 of the ordinance. 30 Section 5. Repealer.
