That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed 14 from PD -R to Revised PD -R: 15 Lot 1R Block 4, Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, 16 Arkansas. 17 Section 2. That the approval of Little Rock Housing Authority Park Addition Revised PD -R 18 (Z- 8514 -B), located on the southeast corner of 12 "' and Park Streets, is subject to compliance with 19 the following additional conditions: 20 0 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as 21 submitted, including all staff comments and conditions as outlined in the 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 33 34 Planning Commission Agenda Staff Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis in paragraph H and subject to ����`nu E C l qc additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission Public Hearing as ' % ' 3 w mss+ -•,�.,.~'N � amended by the applicant • The applicant must receive approval from the Zoning and Subdivision ou�j �11,` Manager and the Plans Development Administrator prior to the issuance of a building permit for the planting plan which is to include the number of plantings, the height of the plantings and the species of the plantings. Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock Planning Commission. Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Little Rock Housing Authority Park Addition Revised PD -R (Z- 8514 -B), located on the southeast corner of 12`h and [Page 1 of 21 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 Park Streets, is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article V(I, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of Ordinances. Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary'to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. Section 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the plan. Section 7. Severahility. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the', provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
