ORDINANCE TO RECLASSIFY PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF
4 LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
5 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

7 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
8 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
9 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as
10 indicated:
11 Z- 1791 -D — Described as part of the SE IA SE '/4 of Section 18, T -2 -N, R -13 -W, City of
12 Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:

14 Commencing at the Northeast corner of the SE %4 SE '/4 of said Section 18; thence
15 S01 °28'06" West along the East line of said SE %4 SE' /a, a distance of 360.02 feet to the
16 POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue S01 °18'06" West along the East line of said
17 SE' /4 SE' /4, a distance of 124.20 feet; thence N86 °09'53" West, a distance of 701.35 feet
18 to the easterly right -of -way line of Candlewood Drive; thence N83 015'20" East along
19 said easterly right -of -way line, a distance of 169.01 feet; thence continue along said
20 easterly right -of -way line on a curve to the left having a Radius of 208.76 feet, an Are
21 Length of 171.98 feet and a Chord that bears N59'39'17" East, a distance of 167.16 feet;
22 thence S53 °56'46" East, a distance of 30.00 feet; thence S88 °31'54" East, a distance of
23 366.73 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 1.32 Acres (57,381 sq. ft.) more
24 or less: From 0-2, Office and Institutional District, to C -3, General Commercial District.

26 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
27 Rock and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to
28 affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
29 Section 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force thirty (30) days after the date of
30 its passage and approval.
31 Section 4. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
32 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
33 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and

effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
ordinance.
Section 5. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same, that are inconsistent
with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
