That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from R -4 to 13 PD -R: 14 Lot 1, Block 12, Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, 15 Arkansas. 16 Section 2. That the approval of Kavanaugh -Rose Short -Form PD -R (Z- 8557), located at 2501 17 Kavanaugh Boulevard is subject to compliance with the following additional conditions: 18 That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as submitted, including all 19 staff comments and conditions as outlined in the Planning Commission Agenda Staff 20 Report in paragraphs D, E, F and including any conditions indicated in the staff analysis 21 in paragraph H and subject to additional conditions imposed at the Planning Commission 22 Public Hearing as amended by the applicant. 23 Section 3. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as recommended by the 24 Little Rock Planning Commission. 25 Section 4. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Kavanaugh -Rose Short-Form 26 PD -R (Z- 8557), located at 2501 Kavanaugh Boulevard is conditioned upon obtaining a final plan 27 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36, Article VII, Section 36 -454 (e) of the Code of 28 Ordinances. 29 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little 30 Rock, Arkansas, and designated district map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects 31 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 32 Section 6. That this Ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final approval of the 33 plan. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 8. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
